For quality assurance, Avantium uses state-of-the-art SONY series SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Line that is capable of producing high quality memory products from components such as DRAM chips, boards (PCBs), and other passive components. In the process, maximum effort is taken to minimize possibility of electro-static discharge.

Piece by piece, step by step, all products are 100% tested. Avantium ensures quality control throughout the manufacturing process, including stressing tests like signal-quality test, software stress test, and system- specific, long-term burn-in test.
 

OQC & MTC

Before shipment, Avantium performs a “practical test” on the products again at our lab, which our engineers will test the products on a full range of current and popular motherboards.
