Avantium Limited Warranty Statement
Avantium will guarantee that all products are manufactured under quality control and screen tested to comply with specifications. Avantium will repair or replace free of charge the product during the warranty period, if the product is under normal circumstances and the defect is due to the material or not by abnormal over-voltage.
(1) Limitation
This warranty shall not cover damage of the product as a result of unnatural, external factors. Also, Avantium is not responsible for data that have been stored in the product. These warranty terms are not applicable in the following conditions..
* This warranty will not cover damage as a result of over-voltage or unauthorized disassembly of the product, natural disasters, and/or power supply problems.
* This product must be used on equipment complying with IT industry standards. This warranty will not cover damage as a result of using it on accessories which do not comply with such standards.
* This warranty will not cover products purchased from unauthorized channel by Avantium.
* This warranty will not cover the damage as a result of repair or disassembly by non-Avantium technicians.
* This warranty will not cover products with altered, damaged or unclear labels, product serial number and disassembly-prevention labels.
* The warranty period will begin from the day of purchase showing on the invoice.
(2) Limited liability
Avantium is not responsible for indemnifying the direct, indirect and consequential damage of the purchaser and/or any third party as a result of product defects. Such damage may include incomes, business investments, business reputation and/or mutual barriers among organizations.
(3) Warranty coverage
Avantium Warranty is applied only for consumers purchasing Avantium products from legitimate sales channels.
(4) Warranty period
This warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the product only. No part of this warranty should be transferred. Avantium will not notify customers of any changes in the warranty terms and period. Customers will need to confirm the warranty period in the product manual or with a store or authorized resellers.

Warranty Label is needed to capable of doing RMA/Replacement
The protection warranty sticker need to be completely non-removed
Warranty Label can not be substituted or self-printed
Damage caused by improper operation or overclocking
Memory module handle by non-Avantium authorized technicians
Three-Year Warranty:
